1. Program Description

Drop Watcher (instockornot.club) is a free web monitoring service that sends SMS and email alerts when specific keywords appear on webpages you are tracking. SMS messages are transactional alerts only — never marketing, promotions, or advertising.

When you opt in to SMS, you will receive text message alerts when keywords you specified are detected on a webpage you are watching.

2. How You Opt In (Call to Action)

Drop Watcher uses web form opt-in. Consent is collected at the point of signup through an explicit, unchecked-by-default SMS consent checkbox.

Web Form Opt-In Flow:

User visits instockornot.club and fills out the watchlist signup form with their name, email, and the URL + keywords they want to monitor.
User optionally enters their phone number in the SMS field.
User checks an explicit, unchecked-by-default SMS consent checkbox. The checkbox is required to enable SMS — the form does not proceed with SMS enrollment without it.
The following consent language is displayed directly below the phone number field and checkbox at the point of collection:

SMS opt-in is entirely optional. Email alerts are available without providing a phone number. Users are not required to opt in to SMS as a condition of using the service.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on keyword matches on your watched pages. You may receive anywhere from zero to several messages per day depending on activity. Typical usage is a few messages per week. Drop Watcher only sends alerts when a monitored keyword is actually detected — there are no scheduled or periodic messages.

4. Opt-Out Instructions

You can stop receiving SMS alerts at any time by any of these methods:

Reply STOP to any message from Drop Watcher
Use the stop option on your personal dashboard at instockornot.club
Contact [email protected]

After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. You will not receive any further SMS unless you opt in again.

6. Privacy & Data Use

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Your phone number and SMS opt-in consent are collected solely to deliver the SMS alert service you requested. Your mobile information is:

Never sold to any party
Never rented to any party
Never shared for marketing, promotional, or advertising purposes
Processed by our SMS delivery provider only for the purpose of transmitting your alerts to your device
